Annual General Meeting
Each year, generally in September, the Society holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at which the President and the Treasurer present their reports and comment on the Society’s activities over the past twelve months. Other Society business is also transacted. The AGM is followed by a short reception.
The AGM is usually held in the Scots Kirk, 17 rue Bayard, 75008 Paris.
In accordance with applicable law, members are notified in writing in advance of the AGM, and receive the Minutes of the previous year’s AGM and the Financial Statement for the fiscal year (1st January – 31st December).
